Kievit Scientific Supports the Establishment of Takahashi Keisei US LLC in Oregon

Kievit Scientific LLC supported Takahashi Keisei Co., Ltd., a Japanese manufacturer of specimen collection products, in establishing its U.S. subsidiary, Takahashi Keisei US LLC, in Oregon.

Based in Astoria, the new entity will provide a local foundation for inventory management, domestic U.S. transactions, customer support, and the continued expansion of Takahashi Keisei’s Raku-Ryu Cup product line.

Through its Subscription Executive service, Kievit Scientific provided end-to-end support, including entity structure planning, state registration, federal tax registration, bank account opening, and the development of an accounting framework.

The Raku-Ryu Cup series includes stool collection sheets made from a proprietary material that disperses under flowing water, along with products designed to meet a variety of specimen collection needs. The products are supplied through a major U.S. healthcare distributor and have been adopted by microbiome testing companies and clinical laboratories in the United States and Europe.

The establishment of Takahashi Keisei US LLC marks an important step in the company’s U.S. expansion—and demonstrates Kievit Scientific’s ability to support international companies from market-entry planning through hands-on local execution.
