08 Aug Kievit Scientific Supports Establishment of Takahashi Keisei’s U.S. Subsidiary
Kievit Scientific LLC supported the establishment of Takahashi Keisei US LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of Takahashi Keisei Corporation, a Japanese company that develops specimen collection products.
Based in Astoria, Oregon, Takahashi Keisei US LLC will support the expansion of Takahashi Keisei’s Raku-Ryu Cup product series in the United States by enabling local inventory management, U.S.-based transactions through a domestic entity, and faster customer support.
Through its “Subscription Executive” service, Kievit Scientific provided integrated support covering entity structure design, state registration, federal tax registration, bank account opening, and the development of an accounting framework.
The Raku-Ryu Cup series is a line of products designed to make specimen collection more hygienic and efficient. The series includes a stool collection sheet made from a proprietary water-dispersible material, as well as other products that address a range of specimen collection needs. In the United States, the products are supplied through a major healthcare distributor and are also being adopted by gut microbiome testing companies and clinical testing organizations in Europe and North America.
The establishment of Takahashi Keisei US LLC marks an important step in Takahashi Keisei’s U.S. expansion. It also demonstrates Kievit Scientific’s ability to provide end-to-end support, from market-entry planning to the practical launch of local operations.
